» Should be able to motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
» Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members.
» Answer operations related queries from the client.

» Excellent hands on expertise to get into the process deeply & capability to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans to customer

» Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs

» Able to guide the team by implementing best practices and always lead-by-example

» Calm under work pressure/ any scenario
» Preferably looking for customer support/customer care/customer service (Voice-Process) background
» Sound knowledge about CSAT, Attrition Management and feedback and Coaching
Education Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate with 4 + Years of practice.
