Job Description

Responsible for Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and Induction)
Working on PMS policy all across the Company (Making Goal Sheet, KRA and KPI)
Monitoring monthly performance review of all employees
Responsible for training and development of all employees in terms of
Motivational, Soft skill training etc.
Conducting various employee engagement activities & R & R Programs
Responsible for submitting various MIS/Reports to the management on time
Responsible for all administration works
Responsible for Attendance Management
Responsible for Payroll & Compliances
Responsible for making various HR processes and systems and Organization
Design
Develop the department in line with Business Goal
Ensuring establishing 100% statutory compliance
Responsible for adhering all policies and processes
Must take any other works as assigned by management
Handle all HR Process and End to End recruitment independently
