Wearing shoes are mandatory. 3.We prefer people who are from life insurance industry (any channel like Agency, Direct, CAB or bancassurance will do). However, you can schedule candidates from Banking / Financial Services industries as well. 4.Though language is not a barrier (English or Hindi will do), but candidates should be good in communication skill. Need candidates who can talk in decent and logical manner. 5.Candidates who are not from Insurance industry should have at least 2 years of practice unless having strong expertise about Insurance and smart enough to handle Bank staffs.
