We are seeking to hire an practiced, customer-oriented Business Development Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Business Development Executive‚Äôs responsibilities include, cross-selling or up-selling our products.
You should also be able to contact with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
To be prosperous as a Business Development Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service expertise.
» Should be quite customer friendly and should be able to persuade the users.
» Digital knowledge and knowledge is MUST.
» Must understand what the customer requires and accordingly act on implementing¬† and provide a significant solution to them in a short span of time.
» Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services for our platform called ‚ÄúPRODIGIBIZ‚ÄĚ.
» Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
» Generating promising leads.
» Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
» Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
» Continually meeting or exceeding everyday and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
» Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver Information technology efficiently to the customers also keeping in mind that they fulfil each and every requirements of a customer.
» Candidate must be good in explaining the features of the goods or products/services which he/she is trying to sell.
» Should be very persuasive in order to convince the customers to buy the product by illustrating Information technology in such a way that Information technology meets their needs.
» Keep a record of each and every personal detail of the customer in their system and should also maintain all the conversations made over a telephone for future references.
» Should at least hold a high school certificate in order to be eligible for a¬†business development job.
» Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
» Should be well aware of all the Microsoft Office tools.
» Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or marketing would prove to be an add-on OR significant work practice in sales, marketing, promotions, etc.
» Should be very good with communication expertise as the job mainly focusses on business growth over a telephonic conversation.
» Should be well skilled in persuasion and negotiation.
» Should be very persistent and result oriented.
» Proven track record of fulfilling sales target. Strong negotiation and consultative sales expertise.
» Should be quite patient and be adaptive to any stressful environment.
