·knowledge and communicating client’s marketing/creative briefs to the creative team
·Research clients’ products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
·A good eye for details, capability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines

·Mapping Client organization and team structure, ensuring smooth execution
·Conducting monthly/ quarterly account reviews.
